Guest: Barry McBride | Bob Moffitt speaks with Barry McBride who volunteers as a chaplain at Canyon State Academy serving male youth between the ages of 11–17 with a history of delinquent behaviors, dependent/neglectful backgrounds, mild mental and emotional health issues, and special education needs. Barry shares many stories of the restoration of Jesus in these young men, and also, how as a 12-year-old boy, he was able to share his faith in Jesus with his own mom, who after rejecting the Lord, sat down with him, saying, “Tell me about this Jesus thing… I’m ready.”  Barry also helped introduce Jesus to his little sister as a young boy. Many of his conversations with young people start with, “Let’s talk about the Lord’s intentions… about what Jesus can do to remedy this.” Heart to Heart Christian Chaplaincy
