Bob Moffitt interviews Darwin Campbell, Chaplain. Darwin says of the people he meets on the streets and homesteading in cars, “We go to them, meet them right where they are.” Darwin continues, “There are a lot of homeless people who are left behind. These are people who need the same services that you’re providing on the campus”, meaning a campus in downtown Phoenix which is a collaboration with St. Vincent de Paul and the City of Phoenix, with 23 different services including food card, clothes, job assistance.
