Darwin says of the people he meets on the streets and homesteading in cars, “We go to them, meet them right where they are.” Darwin continues, “There are a lot of homeless people who are left behind. These are people who need the same services that you’re providing on the campus”, meaning a campus in downtown Phoenix which is a collaboration with St. Vincent de Paul and the City of Phoenix, with 23 different services including food card, clothes, job assistance.
